Created this short film as a promo piece for Boy Minos's self titled debut EP, the film consists four short song snippets featured on the EP.

Atmosphere was the main driving force in the making of the short film. The Boy Minos EP is about leaving and saying goodbye, so I quickly played with the idea of ​​a ghost who visits places from his past but often finds the emptiness he caused by his departure. He moves like a dream from one place to another. We see his bracelet and rings as a tool to travel from one place to another.

 

The visual idea of the yellow flower came from the location of the abandoned mansion. While filming we discovered a drawing of a yellow sand flower on the kitchen tiles. The day before in the forest we had coincidentally discovered a yellow flowerbed where we had already been filming shots of Stanley running. With the flower shots I wanted to evoke the suggestions that our spirit was once poisoned by someone or itself. I will leave that open.
